Physical Materials (e.g., printed resources): If you receive incorrect, damaged, or missing items, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Replacement
We will replace your item or materials at no extra cost if any of the following apply:

The wrong product or course materials were sent by Dalilk Pathways WLL.

The product or printed materials are defective.

The item was damaged during shipping.

The item or materials were not delivered by the agreed delivery date.
3. Replacement Procedure

- Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours and outline the next steps.
- Return & Exchange: If a return shipment is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, we will dispatch the replacement within 5 business days.
4. Order Cancellation

By Dalilk Pathways WLL: We reserve the right to cancel any order (before or after confirmation) if we discover incorrect pricing, inaccurate service descriptions, or if we are unable to fulfill the order. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payments made will be refunded in full.
